What you’ll do: Product Selection & Sourcing: Source new brands and products to expand Namshi’s beauty portfolio and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers. Showcase string negotiation skills while onboarding brands Trend Analysis & Strategy: Use sales data and market insights to select and promote trending products. Monitor trend information and generally maintain high category awareness Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage brand relationships, and ensure timely deliveries. Plan and place orders in line with sales targets & % mix by category, price and stock levels to achieve sales and profitability Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with merchandising and marketing teams to enhance product visibility and execute campaigns. Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities. Review and analyze sales reports for all brands, products, categories and price levels and use this to aid future buying decisions, maximizing sales and minimizing risk. Brand/ Account management : Have a clear plan, strategy and direction for your portfolio on a monthly basis. Be able to report on progress on a weekly / monthly basis. Provide detailed data driven inputs and insights during account reviews with brands What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or a related role within the beauty industry. Proven experience in e-commerce beauty buying is a strong advantage. Strong analytical and numerical skills with demonstrated problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools for forecasting and reporting. Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus). Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Passion for the beauty industry and a keen eye for emerging trends and products. Who will excel?
