REMITTANCE CLERK / CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
Description
Responsibilities: Manage cash / cheque transactions at the counter and ensure delivery of quality service to customers while adhering to operational controls. Carry out branch transactions smoothly and in a timely manner. Ensure that all branch transactions are performed in line with UAE Central Bank guidelines and other regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile: Must have good communication skills – English and/or Arabic. Bachelor Degree Holder; Attested educational certificate is a must. Proficient in MS office applications. Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal skills. Flexible to work anywhere in the UAE on a shifting schedule. #J-18808-Ljbffr
