Specialist Psychiatrist

Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Russian speaking Specialist Psychiatrist with a specialty training in Addiction Medicine, Substance Use Disorder, for their client in Dubai, UAE. JOB LOCATION: Dubai, UAE(relocation allowance, flight tickets, UAE medical license, employment visa and relocation assistance will be provided by the employer) which is an inpatient mental health facility. We are looking for Russian speaking Specialist Psychiatrists with a minimum of 5 years PQE post fellowship training. The Specialist Psychiatrist would be responsible for: Providing clinical care, mentoring trainees and junior faculty. Working closely with the Leadership and Department of Psychiatry to ensure adequate psychiatric and medical staffing. Ensuring that patients receive appropriate evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and medical screening. Assisting in recruitment of psychiatrists and allied healthcare professionals. Providing oversight for appropriate utilization of services and identifying criteria for level of care. Contributing to the development, approval, and review of all Policies, Procedures, and Protocols that govern clinical care of patients. Identifying treatment and service gaps. Ensuring that all treatment modalities are consistent with the most recent scientific evidence of effectiveness. Participating in process improvement programs and collaborating with administrative leadership to maintain appropriate medical records. Following and complying with all regulations, laws, and standards in relation to substance use disorder treatment. Participating in the development and review of programs and positions impacting clinical services. Working with the Department of Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine Medical Director to achieve clinical excellence. Assuring that all staff receive appropriate clinical supervision, staff development, and in-service training.
