KBR is looking for a Senior Project Time Keeper to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE for UAE projects. Experience required: Follow up with individual timesheets of all project employees and ensure they are recorded in the system before month-end. Consolidate individual timesheets and get them approved from stakeholders. Maintain the leave tracker of all project employees and ensure reconciliation with the system on a monthly basis. Reconcile approved timesheets with system booked hours and make necessary corrections. Track the mobilization/demobilization of employees and update the necessary reports. Handle PAAF/MMR documents of the projects. Support Finance with the invoice process and payment follow-up. Be readily available to take additional roles whenever required by the team.
