You’ll also be responsible for food quality control, appropriate and timely food rotation, with the goal of eliminating food spoilage, contamination, and waste. Coordinate with the Chef de Cuisine’s / Executive Sous Chef on menu changes, specials, food shortages and the development of seasonal food and beverage activities.
