Key Responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Supervisor : Support the smooth operation of the food & beverage department, ensuring all aspects of the guest food & beverage service are delivered to the highest standards. Proactively work to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to guest inquiries. Implement plans and achieve objectives related to food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets. Supervise the food & beverage team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance within the department. Ensure control of costs and inventory, and attain productivity and performance levels. Build and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders. Lead departmental programs that enhance service standards, profitability, and cost control. Ensure compliance with all legislation, maintaining due diligence and best practices for audits, with follow-up as necessary. Requirements of the Food & Beverage Supervisor : Experience in food & beverage service. Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a proactive, lead-by-example approach. Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to support the team effectively. Personal integrity and the ability to work in a demanding environment with dedication and energy. Experience working with IT systems across various platforms.
