Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and plan accordingly. A successful HR Manager should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
