Coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and productivity. Monitor and improve HR metrics, such as retention rates and engagement levels. Collaborate with leadership to forecast workforce needs and plan accordingly. A successful HR Manager should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
