Job Title: Technical Presales Consultant Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Job Responsibilities Be proactive with excellent communication skills to enhance sales of assigned products. Master product knowledge to design solutions and assist the sales team in selling designated products. Identify and convert customer/partner inquiries into appropriate technical solutions. Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations to showcase solutions to customers and partners. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM). Present product knowledge and conduct training sessions for partners. Knowledge & Experience Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 5 years' experience in pre-sales or consulting. Relevant industry experience in pre-sales (technical) of backup software products. Knowledge of Arcserve, Backup Software products, Storage Craft, or similar technologies is an advantage. Understanding of IT infrastructure, including Windows, Linux, and Databases.
