With a commitment to excellence, Arcsen partners with industry giants such as Salesforce, Mule Soft, Tableau, Slack, Certinia, and Splunk, ensuring clients receive top-tier services tailored to their needs.Requirements: Presales Solution Engineering: Conduct discovery workshops to identify current processes and pain points across lead-to-cash, case, and field service flows.Design comprehensive architectures for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Einstein 1 Platform (Copilot, Einstein Studio), and Data Cloud activation.Create effort estimates, ROM, and So W inputs; develop clickable prototypes and demo orgs demonstrating AI-powered use cases like next-best action and auto-summaries.Present solutions to stakeholders, handle RFP clarifications, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence.Delivery Architecture & Governance: Handoff signed designs to delivery teams and facilitate architecture onboarding.Translate designs into sprint-ready epics; lead architecture kick-offs and governance checkpoints with Scrum teams.Define integration patterns, identity & access management, encryption, compliance, and testing strategies.Oversee code and configuration quality, enforce CI/CD practices, and monitor KPIs.Lead AI enablement efforts including prompt engineering, Copilot configuration, and AI guardrails.Practice & People Leadership: Mentor consultants and develop reusable accelerators.Support hiring, publish thought leadership, and host enablement sessions.Collaborate with sales on pipeline and project reviews.Qualifications: Must Have: 8+ years on Salesforce, with 5+ years delivering at enterprise scale in Sales/Service Cloud.Hands-on expertise: Apex, LWC, Flows, Omni-Channel, APIs, Platform Events, Slack automation.At least 2 years architecting AI/Einstien solutions.Certifications: Application & System Architect; CTA preferred; AI/Einstien certifications desirable.Strong consultative and coaching skills.Nice to Have: Experience with Experience Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, CPQ.Generative AI integrations (Open AI, Azure).Bilingual in Arabic/English.Vertical expertise in GCC regions in Real Estate, Retail, FSI, Healthcare.Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits.Private medical, annual flight, certification budget, hybrid work, end-of-service gratuity.Arcsen is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
