Implementation Analyst

Whats it all about The Implementation team is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of client or network partner implementations, including onboarding, offboarding, expansion, and remediation. This role supports Implementation Managers by tracking multi-workstream activities, analyzing progress, and compiling reports for effective communication. It offers an exciting growth opportunity within our Visa Direct Account and Wallet offerings, ideal for candidates seeking to enhance their project management skills within a global team. What we expect of you day to day This role reports to the Implementation Management Office and collaborates with the regional Implementation Team to ensure all project activities are documented and progress is smooth, with no internal blockers at Visa. Key responsibilities include: Supporting implementation managers on client and network onboarding programs Creating tickets for tech teams and tracking progress Monitoring transaction activity during testing windows Managing risk logs and lessons learned documentation Gathering data for ongoing implementation reporting Supporting process updates and change controls Enhancing implementation templates and tools Updating process guides and training materials Analyzing data to establish baseline performance and identify improvement opportunities This is a hybrid position; in-office days will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
