What you'll be doing: The Retail Audit Executive is responsible for reviewing and evaluating the organization’s front-end retail operations; assessing the effectiveness and adequacy of the internal controls stipulated in operational policies and procedures. The role performs as a business consultant and assurance provider to the business, reporting to and assisting the Manager with reviews and special projects as may be required. Job Description: Carry out operational and compliance audit duties such as evaluating internal controls, applying professional audit techniques, preparing audit reports, developing solutions, and documenting findings. Perform policy compliance tests as well as formulate and implement the company's retail audit programs. Identify creative insights, outliers, and value by carrying out analytical procedures. Responsible for communicating and reaching agreements on findings with the audited store, as well as initiating remedial action to resolve the findings. Communicate the retail audit findings in a comprehensive way by sharing the audit report within predefined timelines and discussing the same with the direct Line Manager of the audited store. Carry out ad hoc assignments based on management requests. Provide ad hoc assistance to internal team managers and specialists as and when required. Lead investigations. Functional/Technical Competencies: Good background in computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), data visualization / analytical tools. Ability to see beyond what’s obvious. Attention to detail and big picture alike. Risk assessment capabilities. Experience in leading and completing investigations. Educational Qualification: Minimum High School Diploma covering 12-year standard education; a university degree will be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
