Job Location and Type Dubai, United Arab Emirates Permanent Job Description We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will oversee client accounts, promote sales expansion, and understand IT offerings and services. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts and regions. Conduct meetings and presentations to discuss IT needs, demonstrate products, and propose solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans. Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals. Participate in trade shows and networking events. Provide ongoing support post-sale to ensure long-term partnerships. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 3-4 years of experience. Proven sales management experience in System Integration. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. UAE driving license. Strong understanding of IT products, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Independent and team worker in a fast-paced environment. Customer-centric problem-solving skills.
