Responsibilities: Serve as a key legal partner to various business units by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, Provide legal research and strategic advice to the Head of Legal and internal stakeholders. Support the business in maintaining compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations Contribute to the execution and oversight of projects, ensuring timely and effective legal input as required. Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law. 7+ years of robust commercial and contractual experience. Extensive experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, tenders, and agreements. In-depth understanding of commercial and contractual matters. Experience working with public entities in the MEA region. Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
