About the Job Based at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai within the Spa & Wellness Department, the Spa Therapist is responsible for performing all spa treatments to guests in a professional and pleasant manner. Key Responsibilities: Perform treatments to the highest standards, ensuring guest comfort. Support all learning and development activities. Follow standards of LQE, MOQA, and Forbes consistently. Adhere to policies related to Safety, Soundness, and Sustainability. Act as a hotel ambassador. Support operational activities in various spa areas. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms. Assist with demonstrations and events. Arrive punctually and prepare for shifts. Interact courteously with guests and respond to inquiries. Attend meetings and training sessions. Maintain inventory of supplies. Qualifications and Experience: Senior School qualification or equivalent; Beauty School graduate preferred. CIBTAC/CIDESCO qualifications advantageous. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist/Beautician. Experience in a 5-star hotel environment and Middle East region preferred.
