Creative Manager, Marketing

The Creative Manager will drive the visual and conceptual direction of brand campaigns, acting as the bridge between strategic marketing goals and compelling creative execution. This role combines deep design expertise with a passion for storytelling, brand building, and performance-driven creative solutions. Key Responsibilities of the role: Define the creative vision and aesthetic direction across brand and campaign touchpoints (digital, video, print, and experiential). Own end-to-end campaign creative process—from ideation to execution, including hands-on design work when needed. Create high-quality design assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, After Effects). Lead concept development for brand campaigns, performance ads, product launches, stunts, and content series. Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to ensure campaigns are both creatively strong and strategically aligned. Implement creative use of AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly) to accelerate content generation and experimentation. Build and maintain strong brand visual identity and guidelines; ensure consistency across all channels. Supervise third-party creative vendors and freelancers when required. Mentor junior designers and contribute to a high-performing creative culture.
