1 month ago Be among the first 25 applicants 1.Execute 7*24 or 5*8 monitoring of the IDC data center as requested by the client. 2.Respond to incidents and execute work orders in accordance with SLA service requirements, including temporary tasks. 3.Familiar with the IDC data center environment and monitoring systems, identify risks through inspections, and quickly and accurately handle emergency incidents according to EOP procedures, completing incident data recording and preliminary incident report generation. 4.Familiar with the work order system, master SOP standard operating procedures and strictly execute them, capable of independently completing low-risk work order operations, ensuring zero operational errors and meeting SLA standards. 5.Familiar with various types of equipment in the IDC data center, such as switches, servers, and cables, including their installation, rack mounting, placement, and maintenance specifications.
