This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape investment strategies and manage complex transactions within a highly regulated and evolving market. Key Responsibilities : Lead and advise on investment transactions, private equity, fund structuring, and M&A. Provide expert guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory risk management. Navigate UAE financial laws and regulatory frameworks, ensuring operational and legal alignment. Manage complex legal negotiations, contract drafting, and transaction structuring. Collaborate with key stakeholders, driving strategic initiatives within the organisation. Candidate Profile : 8–12 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, investment law, or financial services law. Strong expertise in investment transactions, fund structuring, and M&A. Proven ability to execute high-value deals and mitigate regulatory risks. In-depth knowledge of UAE financial laws and compliance mandates. A commercially minded, proactive leader with excellent communication skills.
