Construction Manager

Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related (with MOHESR equivalency) Master’s Degree or PMP certification will be an added advantage SOE membership / Engineering License will be an added advantage Knowledge & Skills Construction project management principles Civil, structural, and MEP systems Project scheduling (Primavera/MS Project) Budgeting and resource planning Leadership and team management Strong communication and decision-making skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines Excellent communication skills in English are required. Arabic language skills are an advantage. Key Responsibilities Leads and supervises overall site construction activities, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinates between engineers, subcontractors, and clients. Monitors progress, resolves site issues, and ensures safety and quality standards compliance.
