About our client Join a dynamic team at a global investment company based in Abu Dhabi. We are currently seeking a proactive Senior Associate to join their Operational Risk team. This role will require full relocation to Abu Dhabi. They are seeking someone who currently works in a sovereign wealth or pension fund to join their team. What the job involves Lead operational risk management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives Collaborate with heads of departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across various functions Utilize analytical skills to interpret data and present insights to senior management Implement data-driven risk assessment methodologies and leverage technology tools such as Power BI and Aptitude Foster a strong risk culture within the organisation, deploying appropriate tools and techniques Support deep dives into risk themes, addressing ad-hoc requests from corporate units Who we are looking for Prior experience of working in a sovereign wealth fund or pension fund is essential STEM background or quantitative skills are preferred Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders Experience in management consulting with a focus on risk management is desirable Familiarity with risk culture frameworks and implementation strategies Ability to design, execute, and deliver on ad-hoc requests with flexibility Knowledge of technology tools such as Power BI and Aptitude #LI-PP1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
