The ideal candidate will be skilled in safely handling and transporting heavy materials and equipment in challenging site conditions, while supporting excavation and geotechnical operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate heavy-duty forklifts (10 tons and above) to transport and position construction materials, tools, and equipment across the site. Work closely with excavation and drilling crews to support trenching, backfilling, and drilling operations. Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials such as steel pipes, concrete barriers, drilling tools, and excavated debris. Follow all site safety protocols, equipment handling procedures, and lift plans. Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance of the forklift to ensure safe operation. Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and rig/drill operators for smooth project execution. Assist with general labour tasks when equipment is not in use. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a heavy forklift operator in the construction sector. Proven experience in excavation, trenching, or drilling projects . Valid UAE Heavy Forklift Operating License (e.g., License No. 8 or relevant category). Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and excavation best practices . Physically fit, with the ability to work long hours in outdoor environments. Ability to work under pressure and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with earth-moving projects, utility trenching, piling rigs , or similar infrastructure work. Certification in forklift safety or heavy equipment handling. Basic mechanical knowledge for minor troubleshooting of equipment.
