Head of Conveyancer

Direct message the job poster from TXM Solutions Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Head of Conveyancer / PRO to lead our conveyancing function and manage government-related processes across all property transactions. The ideal candidate will come from a leading real estate brokerage firm , with a deep understanding of UAE property laws, DLD procedures, off-plan and secondary market transactions, and client representation throughout the transfer process. This role leans more towards conveyancing , requiring strong knowledge of legal documentation, due diligence, and end-to-end transaction management, while also overseeing necessary PRO duties involving government and developer liaison. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full conveyancing process for all property transactions (off-plan, resale, mortgage, title deed registration, etc.) Liaise with developers, the Dubai Land Department (DLD), trustee offices, banks, and government authorities to ensure smooth transfer processes. Review and verify all legal documentation related to property sales, leases, and ownership. Prepare, manage, and submit all required documentation to obtain approvals, NOCs, and registrations from government bodies. Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, and all UAE property laws and regulations. Advise internal teams and clients on conveyancing procedures, legal implications, and documentation requirements. Stay up-to-date on changes in real estate legislation and government policies. Manage a small team of junior conveyancers or PROs, providing training and guidance where needed. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including law firms, notaries, developers, and land departments. Requirements: Minimum 7–10 years of experience in conveyancing within a reputable real estate brokerage in the UAE . Proven track record in managing high-value transactions independently. In-depth knowledge of Dubai Land Department systems (e.g. REST, Oqood, Mollak), NOC issuance, and title transfer procedures. Familiarity with off-plan and secondary market property sales processes. Strong understanding of UAE real estate law, RERA guidelines, and government compliance requirements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions in a high-pressure environment. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Preferred Background: Prior experience with major developers or top-tier real estate brokerages (e.g. Emaar, Damac, Allsopp & Allsopp, Betterhomes, Driven, haus & haus). Legal/conveyancing certification is a plus.
