Padel Coach

To work at the padel facility indoor and outdoor, conducting lessons and coaching for guests, and drive revenue. Duties & Responsibilities · Assist beginners on the courts to explain the rules and games of padel · Upsell lessons to beginners and advanced players · Manage the lessons schedule and timings · Drive revenue through lessons, retail and equipment rentals · Ensure that the courts are in good working conditions · Assist guest in converting the inquiry to experience · Liaise with the third party company (SIS) for maintenance of the courts where needed · Ensure that all rackets are in good conditions and presentable · Make sure that the area is safe through daily checklists · Assist colleagues where needed in the recreation department · Check daily the outdoor padel courts to ensure that it is safe and clean for rentals · Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure that the place is clean; maintain cleanliness of surrounding area · Manage playtomic bookings and ensure that payment are being collected · Ensure that the locker room, store are clean and safe · Assist during competitions and events Minimum Qualifications & Experience: · Diploma or High School or any related field or equivalent · Minimum 3-5 years’ UAE experience preferred · Must be a Licensed Tennis Coach in UAE · Previous experience related to Padel with outdoor recreational and sports facilities · Padel is mainly physical and require a good level of fitness #J-18808-Ljbffr
