Must demonstrate clear sales ability, with demonstrated results in achieving goals and targets within a direct led sales environment.
· Minimum 5 years' experience in direct sales within the Building, Architecture or Construction markets or similar experience in solution driven software application sales.
· Minimum BA degree or equivalent work experience.
· Candidate must be self-motivated with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Able to work in a solo as well as team environments. Be familiar with and proficient in the use of Microsoft office technology, Power point, Excel, Word etc. Experience in Seibel or SalesForce data systems desirable.
· Role can either be home or office based with significant travel within region to support sales goals, occasional international travel to facilitate training may be required.
