We are relaunching with a renewed focus on financial clarity, automation, and growth strategy, and are looking for a proactive Executive Admin to help streamline our daily operations and support leadership.

Position Overview

The Executive Admin will directly assist the CEO and management team in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, internal communication, and client coordination./

This is a flexible hybrid role, ideal for someone organized, professional, and eager to take ownership in a fast-evolving firm.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CEO’s schedule, meetings, and daily calendar.

Handle internal and external communications (emails, calls, client messages).

Prepare business reports, documents, and presentations.

Assist in HR and administrative tasks such as employee coordination, record-keeping, and onboarding.

Support finance and operations team in tracking deliverables and follow-ups.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients for ongoing projects.

Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in administration, executive assistance, or operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency with Google Workspace / MS Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel).

Familiarity with tools like Slack, Trello, or Zoom is a plus.

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
