Sales Team Lead And Sales Agents (Cold Calling US Clients)
Description
We’re hiring a
Senior Sales Team Leader
who can independently identify, reach out to, and close deals with U.S.-based businesses. You must have a proven track record in cold outreach, lead qualification, consultative selling, and closing retainers or project-based deals. Bonus if you’ve already sold similar services for another U.S.-focused agency.
Responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads via outbound calls - Call Closer experience
Set up discovery calls, build relationships, and pitch our digital services
Understand client pain points and offer custom solutions
Handle follow-ups and close deals independently
Maintain activity in a CRM and submit weekly reports
Help refine pitch scripts, sales funnels, and processes
Option to build and lead a junior SDR/caller team later
Who You Are
You have 1–2+ years of experience selling to U.S.-based clients
You’ve worked with a digital marketing or creative agency before
Fluent in spoken and written English with a professional U.S. communication style
Expert in cold calling, Zoom calls, Linked In prospecting, and objection handling
Able to meet monthly sales targets with little supervision
Motivated by commissions, growth, and long-term success
