Procurement Manager
Description
The Position is responsible for analysis, forecasting and coordination of activities involved with procuring goods and services from suppliers.
Negotiate with suppliers to draw up procurement contracts and administer, terminate, or renegotiate contracts.
Develop improved contracting procedures, standard documentation, processes and coordinate workers' activities involving proposals and procurement of goods and services.
Monitor vendor performance and make recommendations for improvement when appropriate. Prepare and distribute reports and statistical data to facilitate planning and maintenance of accurate contract records and files.
