Frontend Developer

Smash Cloud is looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join its fast-growing team. The role is primarily for frontend development but any experience in backend technologies will be a plus.

Business Analyst

Your job will be to understand project requirements by analyzing a client’s business goals and translating them into a project brief with feature requirements and a customer journey. Skills:

Analytical Thinking – Problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.

Requirement Gathering – Identifying and documenting business needs

Communication – Clear collaboration with stakeholders and teams

Data Analysis – Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Process Modeling – BPMN, UML, or workflow diagrams

Technical Knowledge – Understanding SDLC, Agile, Scrum

Testing & QA – Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Business Acumen – Understanding industry trends and market needs.

Responsibilities:

Define business needs and document requirements.

Conduct market research and feasibility studies.

Collaborate with teams for solution development.

Assist in testing and quality assurance.

Provide insights to improve business processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master’s in Business, IT, or related field.

Experience in business analysis or project management.

Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
