Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Open AI & Copilot specialist to lead the integration and optimization of AI-driven solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure Open AI Services, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing generative AI models, automating business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making through intelligent assistants and copilots across productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 Copilot within Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power Point to enhance user productivity and workflow automation.
Leverage Azure Open AI Services (GPT, Codex, Embeddings, etc.) to build custom AI solutions tailored to business use cases.
Work closely with business units to identify automation opportunities and implement Copilot/Chat GPT-based solutions.
Integrate Open AI models with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for intelligent workflows and insights.
Develop and deploy enterprise-grade copilots using Azure AI Studio, semantic search, and grounding data with enterprise content.
Ensure secure, ethical, and compliant use of generative AI across the organization.
Monitor and optimize AI performance using Azure Monitor, Content Safety, and responsible AI practices.
Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure scalable AI model deployment and data readiness.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and AI technologies.
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment and use-case design.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure Open AI Service, including GPT-4, embeddings, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
Experience building AI solutions using Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and Microsoft Graph API.
Familiarity with AI Studio, Azure Cognitive Search, and semantic indexing.
Understanding of Responsible AI, data privacy, and compliance in the AI domain.
Programming knowledge in Python, C#, or Power Shell for scripting and API integration.
Strong communication skills to translate business needs into AI solutions and present findings to stakeholders.
Microsoft Certifications in Azure AI Engineer Associate or Power Platform (preferred).
