AM Production Planning And Control

We are looking for an AM Production Planning and Control for our manufacturing industry client based in Lahore. MBA Finance / M.Com or ACMA (Finalist) with 4-5 years of experience.

Job Specification

To analyze the new orders helping to initiate the planning regarding availability of materials, tools, and production capacity./

To do production planning of all Box Capacitors, Cylindrical Capacitors, and Power Factor according to Sale Plan./

To monitor daily production of Winding, Spray, Box Assembly, Cylindrical Assembly, Power Factor & High Voltage, and Molding./

To be responsible for the orders delivery confirmation after consultation with the Factory Manager, production department, and Procurement department./

To develop seasonal estimates, 3-month forecasts, and 4-week planning regarding contacted export and local orders./

To set the monthly and weekly targets for production after consultation with the Factory Manager./

To develop contingency plans regarding sudden hurdles in production./

To do breakeven analysis of production output in the context of the production costs./

Checks the "Status of Production Order in hand" for information of all concerned./

Monitors all quality records of production and ensures their proper filing./

Prepare and update comparison report of dispatches according to the monthly sale plan and send to the Factory Manager with remarks./

Prepare "Monthly status of Customer Complaints" and also perform follow-up activities./

To coordinate with production, sales, and store departments./

To monitor raw material consumption report in coordination with the store./

To follow up on every order in production to ensure timely delivery agreed with the customer./

To ensure the compliance of ISO 9001 in the department./

To manage ERP planning & production modules with complete compliance./

To prepare a monthly final production output report./

To develop month & quarter-wise production summary comparison report.
