Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for a Junior Data Analyst. The Junior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision‑making. Daily tasks include data collection and cleaning, identifying trends and patterns, and collaborating with teams to improve data accuracy and quality. The role will also involve the use of analytic tools to interpret healthcare data and assist in optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and statistical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis

Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights

Attention to detail, data accuracy, and experience in data cleaning and preparation

Effective team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present data findings

Understanding of healthcare data and industry‑specific regulations is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
