NetSuite Functional Consultant

Job Summary

Alpha BOLD is seeking an experienced Net Suite Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Net Suite ERP implementations, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Net Suite projects in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end Net Suite ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Configure Net Suite modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and CRM

Conduct fit‑gap analysis and propose optimal Net Suite solutions aligned with business needs

Collaborate with technical consultants/developers on Suite Script, workflows, and integrations

Design and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing), resolve defects, and support go‑live activities

Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations

Prepare functional documentation, process flows, training materials, and conduct end‑user training

Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring best practices and Net Suite standards are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Net Suite Functional Consultant

Strong understanding of Net Suite ERP architecture and core modules

Experience in multiple Net Suite implementations (end‑to‑end preferred)

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and business processes

Experience working with integrations (REST/SOAP, third‑party systems)

Ability to work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional and remote teams

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Net Suite certifications (e.g., Net Suite Suite Foundation, Financial User, ERP Consultant)

Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, or Services

Exposure to Suite Analytics, Saved Searches, and Reports

Basic understanding of Suite Script and Net Suite workflows
