The Role

As a Junior AI Automation Specialist, you will bridge the gap between our business needs and technical execution. You will design, build, and maintain automated workflows that connect our applications, manage data, and integrate AI models to solve real‑world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Design: Build and optimize complex automation scenarios using Make.com (formerly Integromat), n8n, and Zapier.

Database Management: Architect and manage relational databases using Airtable to serve as the "brain" for our automations.

AI Integration: Connect Large Language Models (LLMs) like Open AI (Chat GPT) and Anthropic (Claude) into workflows to generate content, analyze data, and parse emails.

Debugging: Monitor active workflows, troubleshoot errors, and fix broken API connections to ensure 99.9% uptime.

Documentation: Create clear documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the automations you build.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Tool Proficiency: Strong working knowledge or completed projects involving Make.com, n8n, Zapier, and Airtable.

API Basics: Understanding of Webhooks and REST APIs (GET/POST requests).

Logic & Structure: Strong grasp of conditional logic (If/Else), iterators, and aggregators.

AI Curiosity: Familiarity with Chat GPT prompting and using AI for data processing.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field OR a strong portfolio of personal automation projects (fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!).

Remote Readiness: Excellent written communication skills and the discipline to work autonomously in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points)

Basic knowledge of Java Script or Python for custom code nodes in n8n/Make.

Experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce) or Project Management tools (Click Up, Notion).

Experience with Regular Expressions (Regex).
