· Previous experience working within a Front Office hotel environment in a 4 or 5 star/luxury market is essential
· Experience with Marriott Brand Standard Audits
· Experience with current hotel systems (e.g. Opera, Marsha, Micros, GuestWare)
· Experience in dealing with Guest complaints
Skills and Knowledge

Ability to work collaboratively with hotel service team in providing exceptional customer service
· Possesses excellent telephone etiquette
· Strong problem-solving skills
· Strong presentation and platform skills
· Strong English communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
· Strong organization and working to deadline skills
· Strong developing skills
· Excellent training skills
· Directly responsible for supervision of staff
· Knowledge of Guest Satisfaction (GSS) and Associate Engagement Survey (AES)
· Have a complete understanding of the Marriott Reward program
· Pro-active and reliable
