Job Summary: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and versatile individual to join our team as a Data Entry/Secretary in Dubai. This position requires a combination of exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. As a Receptionist/Secretary, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and providing administrative support to various departments.Responsibilities: Must be experienced in document management.Scanning and organizing files, preparing files as per requirement.Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals.Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and reflects a professional image.Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations.Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks, such as managing expenses and processing invoices.Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and coordinating interviews.Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products, services, and operations.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Additional education or certifications are a plus.Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Professional and friendly demeanor, with exceptional customer service skills.Fluency in English is required.
