Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of onsite construction activities for large-scale projects.Responsibilities: Manage and supervise construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.Develop and implement site-specific safety plans in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies.Review and approve construction drawings, technical submittals, and change orders.Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.Prepare and present progress reports, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marine construction engineering with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.Valid UAE Driving License.Remote Work: No Employment Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
