What this job is about We are looking for an enthusiastic senior profile to help us drive our sales and revenue success as we expand into new countries in Germany. If you're a proactive and dynamic leader who likes to work under challenging targets, always seeking optimal solutions, and thrives in a dynamic and challenging sales environment, we are recruiting for a Head of Sales. Working alongside the Head of Expansion, you'll play a vital role in making our B2B business a success by formulating and executing a strategy for sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and managing lucrative B2B agreements with automotive dealership groups. Prospective candidates must possess a mandatory background in the automotive industry, as this experience is crucial for meeting the specific demands and requirements of the role. Job Key Responsibilities Execute detailed market research for the countries where Seez is expanding. Build a strong and consistent sales pipeline for each market. Define and execute a proper sales strategy targeting key accounts. Maintain an up-to-date and documented sales pipeline using Seez CRM methodology. Establish strong connections for partnerships, dealer & importer cooperation. Lead initial meetings with enterprise accounts. Share insights on local culture and language with internal stakeholders and assist marketing in creating local strategies to boost brand presence. Manage and develop existing customers and partnerships within the market. Provide weekly reports to the Head of Expansion on activities and impact. Collaborate with product management to align product development with market needs and revenue goals. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, dealers, importers, and industry experts. Represent the organization at automotive events to generate connections. What you'll bring to the party (Must haves) Fluency in English and German or local language. Experience as a Head of Sales or similar senior role in the automotive sector (OEM, importer, dealer group, etc.). Experience in sales roles within Saa S businesses. Strong automotive network with C-level contacts in target markets. Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment. Excellent communication skills internally and externally. Ability to translate product features into effective sales pitches. Strong decision-making skills with high judgment at a rapid pace. Great to have Experience building teams, processes, and playbooks from scratch. Enjoyment of data dashboards and turning insights into growth. Ability to move fast but also think long-term.
