We are expanding our Design 360 Studio, where our team integrates Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors, and Supervision to deliver innovative and value-driven real estate assets. We are seeking a Project Manager who will report to the Senior Project Manager. The role involves managing site activities and resources to ensure the project is completed on time and meets high-quality standards. Responsibilities: Achieve project objectives by planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, providing technical assistance, and ensuring high-quality work. Coordinate site staff allocation with the Senior Projects Manager. Maintain a cost management system throughout the project. Ensure project progress aligns with the approved programme of works. Uphold high standards of quality for all works performed. Coordinate with the Quality Surveyor regarding monthly payments and variations. Implement strict safety measures on site. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (site experience) with a license from the Society of UAE Engineers.
