We’ve onboarded 5,000+ businesses and are scaling fast across the GCC.Now, we’re ready for our next leap: building Agentic AI systems to automate operations, reduce friction, and power the future of work.Why this role matters We're looking for a technically-minded, process-oriented builder to lead PEMO’s agentic AI and automation initiatives.This role sits at the intersection of AI, automation, and business operations, with the goal of designing and deploying intelligent workflows across the company using tools like: Chat GPTMake / n8n Relevance.ai Internal APIs and systems What you'll do Design and implement AI-powered workflows and internal agents Identify and map core operational processes across teams (Sales, Onboarding, Compliance, Support, Finance)Automate manual work using no-code tools and system integrations Build reusable components: prompts, scripts, templates, automations Train teams and act as PEMO’s internal AI automation champion Collaborate with Product & Engineering to evolve MVPs into full features Explore and test cutting-edge agentic frameworks (Auto GPT, Lang Chain, etc.) What we're looking for A technical background — Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience Experience with automation tools (e.g. Make, n8n, Zapier)Strong process thinking — you love simplifying messy operations Exposure to or interest in LLMs & agentic systems (Chat GPT, Claude, etc.)Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting (Python/Java Script)Independent, curious, and able to work across functions Bonus: experience in Saa S, fintech, or internal tooling Why join PEMO?Lead PEMO’s AI automation journey — from 0 to 1Work directly with founders and shape strategy Own cross-functional impact across the business Flexible, high-trust culture focused on outcomes Be part of a fintech that’s scaling fast and building for the future How to apply Apply here with your CV, any portfolio or Git Hub links, and a short note on why this role excites you #J-18808-Ljbffr
