SERM Manager
Description
Monitoring search engine results (Google, Yandex, etc.) for negative content and brand mentions Analyzing the sentiment of search results and preparing regular analytical reports Developing and implementing a search engine reputation management (SERM) strategy Collaborating with PR, marketing, and technical teams to coordinate joint initiatives Responding promptly to negative content in search results and participating in crisis communication Optimizing and promoting content in collaboration with SEO specialists Evaluating the effectiveness of implemented measures and providing suggestions for improvement Maintaining project documentation, monitoring task deadlines, and participating in the budgeting of ORM activities Candidate Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in SERM/ORMUnderstanding of SEO principles and search engine algorithms Proficiency with monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Brand24, Similar Web, Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica)Ability to systematically work with large volumes of information, identify trends, and formulate recommendations Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive reputation management strategies Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different departments Higher education in marketing, PR, communications, or related fields We Offer: Flexible working hours (by agreement)Fully paid vacation: 28 calendar days + 12 additional days #J-18808-Ljbffr
