About the Role: The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of high-end architectural projects, ensuring innovative and practical solutions that align with client needs and regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with clients, internal teams, and contractors, managing project timelines and budgets, and mentoring junior architects. The Senior Architect will also oversee the coordination of design teams and external consultants, ensuring the quality of work and compliance with local regulations. About You:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with at least 5 years in Kuwait.
- Expertise in architectural design, building systems, and construction methods, with a strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior architects.
- Excellent project management skills, including experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy-efficient technologies.
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
