Synopsis Act as a consultant for managers/employees on all issues related to people. Act as a proactive communicator and change agent to successfully increase engagement with business stakeholders and people managers to understand their people requirement and be the voice for their needs. Become a trusted advisor on all people policies and processes to provide guidance and information where required. Accountabilities
- Deliver the agreed people plans that are relevant to the business and align with HR principles.
- Ensure that all people managers are empowered with the right tools and HR knowledge to run their day-to-day business.
- Deliver the engagement strategy with business and stakeholders to ensure the workforce of the respective departments are highly engaged and motivated.
- Engage with the business on an ongoing basis to keep up to date with business needs and requirements.
- Identify the business training needs and deliver workshops for each department/division that is inclusive of business key stakeholders.
- Monitor and deliver change management for all initiatives driven by HR that impact the business and ensure appropriate communication and engagement plans with the business.
- Conduct performance management workshops to improve people manager awareness and skills.
- Support identified talent to execute development plans.
- Monitor and track development plans for HIPO and agile learner’s talent group as well as UAE Nationals identified for succession.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- HR professional qualification preferable.
- 5 years of HR experience in 2-3 disciplines or a generalist role.
