Company Description Housekeeping Team Leader As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and maintaining overall efficiency of set standards for the Housekeeping function. What is in it for you:

- Attends daily briefing with EKH/AEH in Housekeeping.
- Report any sick, irregular guest, and any stranger in housekeeping areas to the Housekeeper or Security Office immediately.
- Proper handover and take over of the incoming and outgoing shifts to be handled well.
- Report all Lost & Found items to Housekeeping.
- Prepare discrepancy report for the front office.
- Check and follow all maintenance reports if the work is incomplete.
- Water and change all flowers as per schedule requirement.
- While inspecting housekeeping areas or other areas, there should be an eye for detail.
- Be responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, property, and hygiene of housekeeping areas and service areas.
- Oversee the work of attendants and team leaders.
- Handle all service matters to guests in the station.
- Be responsible for supervising the activities of Housekeeping Area attendants and team leaders.
- Be fully aware of the Rixelence of the day.
- Maintain proper grooming at all times.
- Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
- Be aware of the daily activities and have product knowledge of all the hotel facilities.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Experience in the GCC and/or Middle East Region is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
- Be committed to exceeding guest expectations.
