Store Director (Luxury Fashion)

My client is an international fashion brand looking for a Store Director with a minimum of 5 years of luxury industry experience. The ideal candidate would come from a tier one luxury brand, have worked with a principally run operation, and possess experience in RTW, Leather Goods, or Jewelry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Train all store associates and maintain an efficient client base.
2. Maintain all displays according to marketing standards and ensure replenishment.
3. Provide required training for staff and ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies.
4. Select and hire staff for vacant positions, interviewing individually to ensure optimal skills for the position, and provide required training for efficient working.
5. Provide training to all employees for product knowledge.
6. Maintain a professional environment in the boutique at all times and ensure achievement of all monthly sales targets.
7. Assist staff in providing optimal services to all customers and administer all shifts, ensuring compliance with all cash collection procedures.
8. Enhance quality and maintain the integrity of the brand image in the store's market.
9. Manage optimal levels of inventory and stock.
10. Provide the highest levels of customer service to support the growth of sales.
11. Performance management including setting, monitoring, and tracking sales associate individual targets on a regular and consistent basis, providing feedback as needed.
12. Interface with clients as needed to ensure that their needs are being met.
13. Manage departmental VIP outreach efforts and coach sales staff in client development/CRM.
14. Develop and manage new business development ideas for the overall store.
