Job Description

Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, CRM, and ERP systems. Responsibilities include:
  1. Prepare tenders, inquiries, and sales opportunities based on scope and priority.
  2. Monitor public tender portals daily for new opportunities.
  3. Prepare proposals and tender documents, ensuring timely submission.
  4. Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and quotations.
  5. Liaise with clients for clarifications on tenders and inquiries.
  6. Coordinate with the operations division for site visits.
  7. Maintain sales and pipeline logs with efficient client follow-ups.
  8. Identify and contact new prospects, scheduling meetings for the sales team.
  9. Handover newly awarded contracts to the operations division.
  10. Provide support to the sales and estimation team.
