Job Description
Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, CRM, and ERP systems. Responsibilities include:- Prepare tenders, inquiries, and sales opportunities based on scope and priority.
- Monitor public tender portals daily for new opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and tender documents, ensuring timely submission.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain pricing and quotations.
- Liaise with clients for clarifications on tenders and inquiries.
- Coordinate with the operations division for site visits.
- Maintain sales and pipeline logs with efficient client follow-ups.
- Identify and contact new prospects, scheduling meetings for the sales team.
- Handover newly awarded contracts to the operations division.
- Provide support to the sales and estimation team.
