Our Client: A top-tier service provider specializing in waste management, facility management, and manpower solutions. They operate across public, private, and government sectors, delivering sustainable and efficient services. The Role: As HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations for 6,000+ employees, focusing on blue-collar workforce management, labor compliance, and high-volume recruitment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR policies and labor law compliance in the UAE
- Lead high-volume recruitment and workforce planning
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and HR strategy execution
- Develop and implement HR processes for a large-scale workforce
- 11+ years of HR experience in waste management, facility management, or construction
- Strong expertise in blue-collar workforce management
- Proven ability to manage HR operations for large-scale teams (1,000+ employees)
- Deep knowledge of UAE labor laws and compliance
