Job Summary To be responsible for the delivery of services to guests within Front Office areas in a friendly and courteous manner. Performs efficiently, courteously, and professionally, always maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality and providing guest services, handling the setup of daily reservations and check-in and check-out guests. As a Front Office Agent, we rely on you to:

Have knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office.
Be familiar with Shangri-La's standard operating policies and procedures.
Be well versed with the daily arrival and types of arrival guests (e.g., Return guest, Shangri-La Circle, VIP, etc.).
Ensure all amenities are in room prior to guest arrival.
Assist in solving guest problems and concerns, always taking the opportunity to exceed guest expectations.
Respond to all inquiries regarding hotel facilities and room features.
Provide courteous service and respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.
Process all guest registrations promptly and efficiently.
Stay up to date on room rates and package discounts in coordination with other concerned departments.

What We Are Looking For:

At least 1 year of working experience in a hotel.
Ability to work long hours and shifts.
Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
Pleasant, friendly, and cheerful attitude.
This position is for Saudi Nationals only.
