Job Title: CNC Seal Machine Operator Location: UAE Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a leading manufacturer specializing in high-quality sealing products, based in the UAE. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Seal Machine Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machines and a strong understanding of seal manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain CNC seal machines to produce high-precision seals.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functioning.
- Set up machines by loading materials, tools, and adjusting settings according to production requirements.
- Ensure product quality by inspecting finished products for conformity with specifications and performing necessary adjustments.
- Adhere to safety standards and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Keep accurate records of production and machine operations.
- Work with the engineering team to suggest improvements in the production process.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in seal manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, programming, and machine operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and inspection tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical certification or degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- Previous experience with seal manufacturing processes.
