Bâoli Dubai has defined the vision and culinary voyage as well as providing a distinct point of view that transports from the sanctuary of Bâoli, the refined coast of the South of France all the way to the magic city of Miami. Bâoli Dubai is a dynamic restaurant, nightlife hotspot and poolside, combining an elevated culinary experience with an energetic night scene. Guests are invited to relish in a culinary experience of coastal French-Mediterranean dishes blended with East Asian flair. Responsibilities:

  • Right hand to the General Manager
  • Assist and direct all development and operations under the General Manager
  • Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
  • Provide an "open door" policy where employees are free to express their concerns and feelings without fear of retribution or ill will.
  • Develop a pool of potential Managers/supervisors to meet the long-range Company objectives.
  • Monitor Operational budgets for restaurant.
  • Implement strategies as necessary to ensure that the restaurant is operated in consistence with Company standards and policies, and meet, or exceed.
  • Maintain expenses measure as a percentage of sales.
  • Make staff aware of sales goals.
  • Ensures the proper types and amounts of materials, supplies and merchandise are ordered and stocked.
  • Decides optimum stock levels against sales, inventory costs and budget.
  • Maximizes store profitability by seeking opportunities to increase sales, managing inventory effectively, and controlling materials / staff costs.
  • Decides how to manage costs within budget, identifies/implements methods of increasing sales.
  • Provide leadership by delegating tasks, responding to staff inquiries and providing overall direction to section employees.
  • Set and Manage performance targets.
  • Promote and monitor quality of service among staff through training and by acting as a positive role model.
  • Be personally available to all customers to communicate and identify their needs and address their questions or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in high-end, upscale, high-volume concepts or lifestyle brands.
  • A strong background in high-volume environments, while ensuring refined service standards are maintained.
  • International experience is a plus
  • The candidate must be a natural leader, capable of handling pressure and managing two distinct operational approaches: dinner service and full nightlife transitions as this is two heavy areas in our venue.
  • Must be highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
  • Have knowledge of Accounting software (i.e. Restaurant 365; Point of Systems (POS)
