To meet the key performance indicators for executing the strategic directions and goals by promoting and providing access to our products for healthcare professionals in accordance with company guidelines and policies. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage territory by planning and executing field activities, coverage, frequency, and doctor group meetings objectives with proper reporting as per the guidance of the sales manager.
  • Map accounts by identifying relevant stakeholders who can address patients' unmet medical needs to ensure proper implementation of various functional plans.
  • Engage customers by utilizing Biopharma-MEA values, disease area knowledge, product knowledge, skills, and allocated resources effectively to identify and satisfy unmet patient needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategies to achieve product launch and patient access to medication.
  • Execute the appropriate call flow to the relevant customers.
  • Represent the company, team, and maintain a positive personal image.
  • Comply with all company policies, regulatory agencies, and state and national laws.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Considerable proven commercial experience and a successful track record of product enlisting and achievements for at least two years in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in oncology and hematology therapy areas is a definite plus.
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Demonstrate strong selling skills and possess flexible interpersonal skills that foster collaboration to achieve goals.
  • Strong commitment to timelines and task achievement.
  • Problem-solving skills: Able to analyze situations, identify issues, seek solutions, and provide options for decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges and communicate them effectively to management.
  • Demonstrate values of integrity, respect, accountability, excellence, ownership, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to exert extra effort in the territory to achieve goals.
